what happens after killerplayer subscription expires

When your subscription expires, all of your videos stop working. Your viewers can no longer watch them. As we do not remove your videos; so you can renew your subscription anytime to bring your videos back to live.

If you have purchased an add-on and its subscription expires, then your videos will keep working if they are within your plan's limit.

WHAT is the difference between hd & 4K VIDEOS?

We offer an option to embed YouTube videos in HD(720p) and 4K quality. Different resolution options (144p, 240p, 360p, 480p, 720p, 1080p, 1440p, 2160p) will be available to your audience (depending on the original video quality) if you embed the video in 4K. And if you embed videos in HD, then your videos will have a 720p maximum HD resolution.

Do i have to pay annualy?

Nope! 3 payment modes are available. You can pay monthly, annually or one-time.

What is a domain lock?

Domain lock feature stops others from embedding your videos on their sites. When you'll enable domain lock for your domain; your embedded videos can only be accessed through your site. It will show an error if someone tries to access the direct video link. Which is an added security.

can i upgrade, downgrade or cancel my plan?

You can cancel, upgrade, or downgrade your plan at any time, right from your KillerPlayer account.

Is the free plan, really free?

Yes! It’s not a trial and it’s free forever. KillerPlayer’s Free Plan comes with 5 videos, 500 views per month, basic analytics, and the ability to customize the player to match the look and feel of your brand.

Will i be charged for bandwidth?

We don’t want you to worry about bandwidth. That’s why each plan has a Views limit. No matter for how long a viewer watch your videos (without refreshing a page); it will be treated as 1 View. You can always add more views by ordering an Add-On. Our Enterprise plan comes with Unlimited Views; and we also offer an Add-On for this. . If you have any questions; get in touch with us.

Do you have any video length restrictions?

No, you can add videos of any length. We do not restrict videos by their length.
